We are pleased to report on the positive progress of our partnership with Stellenbosch Business School’s Senior Management Development Programme.
In an earlier issue, we announced the collaboration, and we are excited to share the advancements made by the Synergy Group, a cohort from the programme.
They have conducted an in-depth GAP analysis, focusing on MoreThanMeerAs’ background, business needs, impact, stakeholders, desired state, and current reality, and their extensive research and analysis have identified key issues within the organisation through a comprehensive SWOT analysis.
Currently, the Synergy Group is engaged in discussions and drafting potential solutions to address these issues; we eagerly anticipate their final recommendations, which will incorporate an implementation plan and resource allocation.
We are impressed by the group’s dedication and hard work, and we look forward to sharing their findings and progress with you. This partnership is a testament to the power of collaboration and our commitment to growth and development.
